Bistro on the Terrace at the Black Forest Inn, on Hwy 385, Central Black Hills, South Dakota is a very special, summer season dining destination for locals, friends, family, and visitors vacationing in the Black Hills Region. Proprietors, Isaac and Cindy Hassoun, have created this wonderful summer evening dining experience on the patio of their Black Forest Inn venue. From last summers’ beginning, this second season of the “Bistro in the Terrace,” has additional ambience and an enticing menu, as well as very special, hand selected, wines like the FORIS ‘fly-over’ label, premiered here.
Jake Sounding Sides, “Bistro on the Terrace,” at the Black Forest Inn, is the Head Waiter. Jake’s family live close to the south west Oregon, FORIS Winery, and family members have worked or are working for the 25 year old winery. Jake is an informed wine server, courteous host, and is meticulous, with the excellent service staff, in the special touches discerning, destination diners expect. When time allows, the wait staff also are pleased to answer inquiries about things to see and do in the Black Hills, South Dakota area, and can share interesting stories for evening dining, pleasure.
Evening hours at “Bistro on the Terrace” at the Black Forest Inn are daily, from 4 - 9 PM, from May 1 - Labor Day, with weather related, inside dining, available.
