We, Isaac & Cindy Hassoun, owners of Black Forest Inn Bed & Breakfast and Fine Dining Restaurant, are pleased to have several well known food and beverage chefs to our Staff. Chef Jake Alsdurf, rejoined us, (fall/winter 2009) from 4 years ago, to serve our friends, clients, and guests, as a graduate of the California Culinary Academy. And, we are pleased that our "Bistro on the Terrace" chef Tristin back for summer 2010.
We welcome reservations for all your PARTIES, from December 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010, for groups up to 100 people.
